Ginger's Kitchen offers wide ranging service levels from chef's recipe replication to full bespoke NPD services including trends forecasting, menu writing, dish inception, creation and delivery. The purpose-built production facility can accommodate low level lines as well as volume output, including catering and individual meals. Specialising in vegan and vegetarian solutions but also offering a wide selection of meat and fish dishes. Customers range from single volume sites to UK wide restaurant chains and include large scale operating kitchens to small heat and serve units. Both chilled and frozen delivery can be accommodated throughout the UK.
